We offer a full management service which incorporates everything you need to run your villa. It’s great to know that someone reliable and trustworthy is looking after your property when you are 2000 miles away! Management fees depend on your exact requirements and factors such as the size of the property and guest numbers.
A warm welcome
The villa manager will greet your guests on arrival with the keys, show them into the villa and guide them around to answer their questions and show them how everything works.
Villa cleaning
Your villa will be prepared for check in. This includes a full clean both outside and inside with all the beds made and fresh towels for each guest. Daily cleaning is also available.
Welcome pack
Most guests enjoy a chilled drink and a snack on arrival. Welcome packs help people settle in quickly and can be tailored to suit special requests, such as champagne for a celebration.
Pool and jacuzzi cleaning
Your pool and jacuzzi will be cleaned twice a week when you have guests and once a week when your property is vacant.
A 24 hour service
The Villa Managers live locally and speak English and Spanish. It’s reassuring for guests to know that in an emergency there is always someone to help them. It’s also reassuring for villa owners to know that their guests are being well looked after!
Maintenance
All villas eventually need updating. At your request we can arrange maintenance work including painting, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, building and gardening.
